Shipping Policy — Místika Style

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or special promotions; we will inform customers by email when delays occur.

Shipping Methods

We offer Standard and Express shipping via major carriers (for example: USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Available shipping options will be shown at checkout and can be selected there.

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors (weather, carrier delays, local holidays, customs processing, etc.).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight/dimensions, destination, and the selected service. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. We will email the tracking number to the address provided at checkout so you can monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Místika Style is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible; changes cannot always be made once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

When reporting, please provide:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Photos of the damaged packaging and product (if applicable).

  3. Delivery date and any relevant details.

Please report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days of the delivery date so we can begin a claim with the carrier and assist you promptly.
